We believe in one true and living God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is holy, sovereign, loving, just, and purposeful in all His ways. He is Creator of heaven and earth and ruler over all things visible and invisible. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Colossians 1:16–17)
We believe the Bible is the inspired, and authoritative Word of God, given by the Holy Spirit for our instruction, correction, and transformation. Scripture is the final authority for faith, doctrine, leadership, and Christian living.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)
We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, fully God and fully man. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, and His present intercession for believers. Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation and reconciliation with the Father.
(John 1:1–14; Isaiah 53; Romans 5:8; John 14:6; Acts 1:9–11)
We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is the free gift of God, received through repentance and faith, not by works. Through Christ, we are forgiven, made new, adopted into God’s family, and empowered to live transformed lives. (Ephesians 2:8–9; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 10:9–10)
We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, regenerates the believer, indwells, empowers, sanctifies, teaches, and guides the Church. The Holy Spirit distributes spiritual gifts to believers for the building up of the Body of Christ and for effective witness in the world. (John 14:16–17; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:4–7; Galatians 5:22–23)
We believe in the Church as the Body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, demonstrate the love of Christ, and advance the Kingdom of God in every sphere of society. The Church is both local and global, commissioned to preach the gospel, serve communities, and equip believers for mature leadership and spiritual growth. (Matthew 28:18–20; Ephesians 4:11–16; 1 Corinthians 12:27)
We believe in the ministry gifts of Christ—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—given to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to establish healthy foundations, to mature the Church, and to advance the mission of God in the earth. (Ephesians 4:11–13)
We believe in the power of prayer, worship, and the sacraments of the Church, including water baptism and the Lord’s Supper, as biblical practices that strengthen faith, cultivate spiritual discipline, and deepen our relationship with Christ. (Matthew 26:26–28; Acts 2:38–42)
We believe in holiness, spiritual formation, and transformed living, that every believer is called to grow in Christlike character, integrity, emotional maturity, and obedience to God. We believe discipleship includes healing of the inner life, renewal of the mind, and development of spiritual maturity. (Romans 12:1–2; Hebrews 12:14; Galatians 5:16–25)
We believe in the return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, final judgment, and the establishment of God’s eternal Kingdom. We believe in eternal life for those who belong to Christ and the restoration of all things according to God’s divine plan. (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 21:1–5; Matthew 25:31–46)
